Materials
- 150 grams of dark chocolate
- 90 grams of butter (3 heaped tablespoons)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup of sugar (100 g)
- 1/2 cup of milk (90-100 ml)
- 1 cup (120-130 g)
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
RECİPE
- The soufflé mixture was used in 4 casseroles. If you are going to use more serving containers, measure deep. If you are going to use a fan or turbo oven, the shooting time may be shorter. Cook in a controlled manner from the 8th minute. Cooking time may vary depending on the oven model, brand and setting.
- Chop the chocolate finely and put it in a bowl. Melt the butter, pour it over and mix well.
- Stir quickly to make sure the chocolates are melted and set aside for room to cool.
- Eggs and sugar with the mixer for 4 minutes until they are foamy. Also add the milk in it.
- Sift the cocoa and flour and add to the mixture. You can use a spatula and fold and feed.
- Put the butter-chocolate mixture, which has cooled down in the room, into the flour mixture in two times. Using a spatula to mix, gently mix until homogeneous.
- Make the soufflé mixture according to the casserole pots. If you are not using a glazed casserole, grease it and then flour it.
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 16 minutes in a controlled manner.
