Olive Oil Artichoke Recipe-How To Make?

How about cooking artichoke, which is one of the health-friendly vegetables that herald spring and is one of the health-friendly vegetables, with a mixture of vegetables known as garnish, with the vitamins and minerals it contains?

Materials;

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup of dried onion
  • 1 potato
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 cup of frozen peas
  • 8 portions of artichokes
  • 2 freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

For service:

  • 1/4 bunch of dill

How To;

In a pan, fry half a glass of olive oil and 1 cubed onion until it turns slightly brown. Add the diced and boiled potatoes and carrots on it, and fry for 2-3 minutes. To prepare the sauce to cook the enginars, mix 2 squeezed lemon juice, 1 cup water, 1 teaspoon granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon salt and 2 tablespoons olive oil in a bowl.
