Canneloni Recipe – How To Make?

Materials

For pancakes:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 glasses of flour
  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 glass of water Milk
  • Salt

For the tomato sauce:

  • 4 tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 bunch of basil

For filling:

  • 1 kg of Aegean herbs
  • 500 gr Chard
  • 500 gr Spinach
  • 250 gr Leek
  • 300 gr Bergama Tulum cheese
  • 200 gr Labneh cheese or cream

Recipe

  • To make pancakes dough, put eggs, flour, water, milk, salt – all pancake ingredients – respectively, and whisk.
  • For the tomato sauce, peel the tomatoes, crush the garlics and boil them on the stove with other ingredients until they are mellowed. It is made for tomato sauce.
  • For the filling, the herbs are roasted before they are completely killed, and tulum cheese and labne or cream cheese are added sequentially.
  • You can sweeten the filling in any way you want. The crepe is wrapped in a roll and served with tomato sauce and grated cheese and parsley.
