Güllaç with Walnut Recipe – How to Make?

A person wants to learn something throughout his life. Do you want to spend time learning good things? In this article, I wanted to share with you how Güllaç with Walnut is made. You can make Güllaç with Walnut very easily by reading the recipe I will give you. I shared the list of materials needed for you. Let’s move on to our recipe and make our Güllaç with Walnut.

Materials

  • 1 package of güllaç
  • 2 liters of milk
  • 3 glasses of granulated sugar
  • 250 g walnuts

For the above:

  • 4-5 tablespoons walnut kernels (finely ground)
  • Strawberry

Key point

  • You should make Güllacı with plenty of milk. If rosemary leaves come into contact with air after being soaked, they gel and the rosacea loses its flavor. For this, a large amount of milk should be poured on it and its contact with air should be stopped.
  • Milk should be warm. Immediately after the sugar melts, it should be removed from the heat within 10 minutes at the latest. If the milk is hot, it definitely causes Güllac to become dough.
  • You can put hazelnuts, peanuts, walnuts and almonds in it. However, as hazelnuts and pistachios change the color of rosacea and almonds give the rose bitterness, it is recommended to be made with walnuts.
  • The decoration of rosacea, which is a natural dessert, should be as plain as possible in accordance with its nature. Most are recommended to be garnished with walnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts or cherry sugar. But if you want, you can prepare it by decorating it with fruits such as strawberries, peaches and apricots while serving according to your taste and season.
  • If you are going to put fruit with the mortar you will use between Güllacın, you should consume it immediately. Because acidic fruits can spoil the taste of the dessert.
  • If you want to sweeten Güllacı with fruit; You can add peach puree or nectarine to the intermediate layers.
  • Consume after resting in the refrigerator.

RECİPE

  • Put the milk in a deep saucepan and add the powdered sugar. Stir it over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. When the milk is warm enough to burn your hand, remove it from the stove.
  • Pull the walnut in the rondola so that it is slightly coarse.
  • Add a scoop of warm milk into the bowl in which you will prepare Güllacı. Arrange the rosemary leaves on it, which you divide according to the size of the container you will use.
  • After making sure that the shiny part of all rosebud leaves is facing up and all are well soaked, place half of the leaves in the package well into your container.
  • After waiting for 5 minutes to absorb the milk, pour the pulled walnut generously and wet the remaining rose pudding leaves in the same way.
  • Cut and slice your rosemary after waiting in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Garnish with crushed walnuts and strawberries and serve. Enjoy your meal.
