Materials
- 500 gr green lentils
- 100 g kidney beans
- 100 g butter
- 75 ml cream
- 125 g tomato puree
- 25 g of ginger
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 10 gr garam masala
- 20 gr red pepper
- Salt
RECİPE
- Clean and mince the garlic. Soak green lentils and kidney beans in water for eight hours. Change the water and boil the lentils.
- When it is cooked, take it from the stove and pass it through the water. Add ginger and chopped garlic and boil again. Cook the lentils thoroughly over low heat.
- Saute the minced garlic in a pan. Add ground red pepper and tomato puree. Saute a few more minutes and remove from the stove.
- Add the mixture and butter to the lentils and cook for another 15 minutes. Finally, add cream and garam masala. Serve, garnish with chopped fresh coriander.
