Materials
For Meatballs:
- 500 grams of cabbage (grated)
- 1 clove (crushed)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (crushed)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of spice
- 1/2 teaspoon
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered coriander
- 1 teaspoon powdered red pepper
- 4 tablespoons
- 4 tablespoons corn starch
For the sauce:
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 5 cloves
- 1/4 red onion
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 capia pepper
- 1 tablespoon of diameter
- 1 tablespoon of sauce
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of starch
- 1 cup of water
- 2 fresh onions
RECİPE
- Put the cabbage grated like sand in a deep bowl.
- Knead a dough that does not add all the spices, flour and starch but does not stick. The dough is soft, a little bit of flour and starch.
- Take small pieces from the dough and roll them in your palm. Fry the dough in hot oil until they turn color.
- For the sauce, cut the onion and hot pepper into small cubes, and finely chop the bell pepper and capia pepper.
- Crush the garlic. Chop the scallions in thin circles and set aside.
- Heat a large pan, add oil and fry onions, garlic, hot pepper, half of the bell peppers and capia peppers and fry until slightly soft.
- Add hot sauce, ketchup, soy sauce and water to the pan and boil the sauce. Add the meatballs to the boiling sauce.
- In a small bowl, dilute the starch with cold water. Add the remaining peppers and half of the fresh onion to the boiling meatballs and remove the consistency with starchy water and when it thickens.
