Calcutta Style Chicken Recipe – How to Make?

Materials


For Finishing:

  • 1 kilogram chicken breast (chopped into chunks)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon of ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon powdered red pepper
  • 1.5 tablespoons lemon juice

For Food:

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1-2 dalta onions
  • 1.5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

RECİPE

  • Mix the finishing ingredients well in a large bowl. Separate half of the garlic for later.
  • Mix the chicken pieces, which you have washed and drained, with the dressing. Cover it with cling film and put it in the fridge. Let them wait 4 hours.
  • Put half the butter in the teflon pan and melt it. Arrange the chicken pieces in the pan. Spread the remaining dressing in the bowl over the chickens.
  • Turn the chicken over frequently and cook the chicken until it drains the juices and is browned.
  • In a separate saucepan, melt the remaining butter and add the garlic that you have separated from the dressing, roast for 1-2 minutes, then add the finely chopped scallions and fry for another 4-5 minutes.
  • Add the roasted onions into the fried chicken and mix them well.
  • Add the remaining lemon juice and mix. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. Bon Appetit.
