Materials

  • 500 grams of chocolate
  • 1.5 cups flour

RECİPE

  • First, cut the chocolate into small pieces and cut it finely.
  • Place the chocolate chips in a glass bowl. Add butter along with it.
  • In a pot of boiling water, put a chocolate glass bowl and melt in a bain-marie.
  • Take the egg and powdered sugar into a bowl and mix them with the help of a mixer.
  • After the sugar melts, add the melted bain-marie chocolate to the egg mixture and mix with a spatula.
  • Add the sifted flour into the cake mix little by little. Mix all the ingredients until they are identical.
  • Grease the heat-resistant ovenware (soufflé dishes) with butter. Lightly sprinkle flour on it.
  • Pour the chocolate mortar you have prepared into molds and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
  • You can serve it with the fluid volcano cake from the oven, vanilla ice cream or blackberry. Enjoy your meal.
