Materials

  • 5 glasses of milk
  • 4 tablespoons of flour
  • 100 ml cream (half a box)
  • 3/4 (one half + one quarter) cup sugar
  • Vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pack baby biscuits (other biscuits with oatmeal can be preferred)
  • 1 cup of hazelnuts

RECİPE

  • Cook by mixing milk, egg, cream, flour and sugar.
  • When it gets a thick consistency, add vanilla and cover the bottom.
  • Pass your baby biscuits through the rondo.
  • Let’s pass the hazelnuts through the rondo and mix them into the baby biscuits.
  • Put your biscuit-hazelnut mixture, custard and fruit into the cups.
  • The order and the amount are entirely up to your taste.
  • I used black mulberry strawberry and hazelnut for this Magnolia presentation.
