<p><strong>RECİPE</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Today I want to give you a very light and affordable chicken belly recipe. I think it&#8217;s even tastier than my old recipes because my eggplants were cooked slowly in the oven, then combined with my amazing chicken mix.</li><li>Cut 4 large eggplants in the middle. Place it on the baking tray. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and salt to them and cover with foil. Bake in an oven at 200 degrees for 55-60 minutes.</li><li>Meanwhile, take the chicken that you cut larger than the backgammon dice in a bowl. Add 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 1 tablespoon of pepper paste, 2 teaspoons of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper, 2 teaspoons of cumin, 3 tablespoons of olive oil with 5 cloves in a mortar and salt according to your taste. .</li><li>Chop 2 middle sized right sides into cubes, put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the pan and fry the onions.</li><li>When the onions are roasted, add the chicken mixture with sauce you prepared.</li><li>When the chickens and onions are roasted, add the thinly chopped quarter of the parsley stalk and mix well. Here the parsley stalks will create an interesting effect, as if adding a spicy pepper.</li><li>Crush and add 5 cloves of garlic, cover and mix.</li><li>Boil 1.5 cups of water, add ½ cup of basmati rice on it, close the lid and drain the water on low heat.</li><li>In the meantime, when your eggplants are cooked, remove them so that they are 1 cm from the edges and mix with chicken mortar.</li><li>Fill 4 eggplants with chicken mortar.</li><li>Take 2 serving spoons of the cooked basmati rice and mix with the remaining stuff and fill the remaining 4 eggplants with it.</li><li>Bake for about 10 more minutes in the oven at 200 degrees, until all the flavors are identified and colored.</li><li>You are at your disposal that you have both affordable and abundant chicken belly.
