<p>A person wants to learn something throughout his life. Do you want to spend time learning good things? In this article, I wanted to share with you how dal makhani is made. You can make dal makhani very easily by reading the recipe I will give you. I shared the list of materials needed for you. Let’s move on to our recipe and make our dal makhani.</p>



<p><strong>Materials</strong></p>



<ul><li>500 gr green lentils</li><li>100 g kidney beans</li><li>100 g butter</li><li>75 ml cream</li><li>125 g tomato puree</li><li>25 g of ginger</li><li>3 cloves of garlic</li><li>10 gr garam masala</li><li>20 gr red pepper</li><li>Salt</li></ul>



<p><strong>RECİPE</strong></p>



<ul><li>Clean and mince the garlic. Soak green lentils and kidney beans in water for eight hours. Change the water and boil the lentils.</li><li>When it is cooked, take it from the stove and pass it through the water. Add ginger and chopped garlic and boil again. Cook the lentils thoroughly over low heat.</li><li>Saute the minced garlic in a pan. Add ground red pepper and tomato puree. Saute a few more minutes and remove from the stove.</li><li>Add the mixture and butter to the lentils and cook for another 15 minutes. Finally, add cream and garam masala. Serve, garnish with chopped fresh coriander.</li></ul>
