Materials

• 150 g margarine
• Half tea glass of oil
• 1 finger less granulated sugar from 1 cup
• 1 egg
• 1 packet of vanilla
• 1 packet of baking powder
• 3-3.5 cups flour (add control please)

• Chocolate for breakfast

RECİPE

• Let’s mix all the ingredients except baking powder and flour in a suitable bowl and mix them well.
• Then add flour and baking powder and get a soft dough.
• Let’s open the dough, cut it with a glass, put chocolate in it and cover it with an empty dough that we cut with a glass.
• Let’s take the dough with the help of a spatula or knife, scratch it with a sharp knife and place it on the tray.
• Let’s bake it in a preheated 200 degree oven until the top is browned.
• Note; The size of the water glass I use is 200 ml, the measure of tea glass is 100 ml.
