  • 4 glasses of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tea glass of water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • Half a bunch of parsley
  • 200 grams of butter

To boil the dough:

  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Hot water
  • Cold water

Take the flour into the kneading bowl and open the middle of it like a pool. Add the egg, water and salt and knead until you have a soft dough. Cover it with cling film and rest for half an hour. In the meantime, wait for the butter to melt and warm. Finely chop the parsley, grate the cheese and mix. Boil water in a large pot and add the butter and salt. Put cold water in another large pot. Divide the resting dough into 10 meringue. Grease a 30-centimeter baking tray with butter. Roll out one of the meringues slightly larger than the baking tray and place it on the base of the pan. Then open the 4 meringues in the size of a tray and set them aside so that they do not stick to each other. Dip these doughs in hot water in the pot and boil for 2-3 minutes, then remove them and dip them in cold water. Take it from the cold water and drain it on a clean cloth and place it on the tray. Grease them well with the butter you melted. Sprinkle the cheese and parsley mixture on 4 layers of dough. Open and boil 4 of the remaining doughs in the same way and place them on the tray. Spread the last remaining dough on the top without boiling it like the bottom dough. Pour the remainder of the melted butter on top and leave it to cook by turning your pastry over the stove.
